| Working principle |
When the disc root crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. At the same time, the feed hopper also rotates slowly under the drive of the motor. The material is put into the hopper through the grab machine. While the hopper rotates, the feeding teeth on the inner wall will evenly push the material to the rotor. The high-speed rotating rotor hits the material passing through the rotor. The cutting and tearing of the blade achieves the preliminary crushing of materials. The materials that have passed through the preliminary crushing will fall on the screen in the crushing cavity under the action of its own gravity and the impact of the rotor. Materials that meet the requirements will be discharged through the screen, while materials that do not meet the requirements will be crushed twice or even three times in the crushing cavity until they meet the requirements. |
| Application materials |
It is used for crushing tree roots, waste building formwork, and baled straw. It is more suitable for crushing small-diameter wood, as well as board scraps, waste furniture and other large-diameter materials. |
