| Working principle | The material is formed by the interaction principle of extrusion force and friction between the pressure wheel and the die. There is no need to add any additives or binders to the material during processing. Materials such as straw contain specific cellulose and lignin. Lignin is the structural monomer in the material and is a phenylpropanoid-type polymer compound. It has the function of strengthening cell walls and binding cellulose. Lignin is amorphous, and its main part is insoluble in any solvent at room temperature. It has no melting point, but has a softening point. When the temperature reaches a specific value, the lignin softens and the cohesive force increases. Under the action of a specific pressure, the cellulose molecular groups are dislocated, deformed, and extended. The adjacent biomass particles inside are meshed with each other, reassembled, and pressed into shape. Raw material collection → raw material crushing → raw material drying → mechanical granulation and molding → mechanical cooling → bagging and sales. Depending on the harvest period of crops, raw materials must be stored in large quantities in time and then crushed and formed. Be careful not to bag immediately when forming. Due to the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, wait for 40 minutes to cool down before bagging for transportation. |
