Introduction to three-way dryer The three-cylinder dryer is also called a multi-cylinder dryer. It is a new dryer product developed by our company’s engineers based on foreign advanced design concepts. It is an updated product developed on the basis of the traditional rotary drum dryer and fully complies with the national design requirements for energy conservation and environmental protection.
Structural features of three-way dryer The three-cylinder dryer produced by our company adopts an inlaid structure, which is composed of three concentric cylinders (inner cylinder, middle cylinder, outer cylinder) with different diameters embedded together to form a circulating heat-insulating circular cylinder. The cylinder is equipped with lifting plates and guide plates with different angles and spacings. These lifting plates and guide plates can ensure that the materials to be dried move along the movement direction of the cylinder under the action of gravity, and maintain sufficient residence time and sufficient gaps in the cylinder. The outer surface of the circular cylinder is embedded with insulation materials and stainless steel plates, which effectively reduces heat energy loss and increases the drying rate. The thermal efficiency can be increased by 40%, saving more than double the energy consumption! The length of the circular cylinder is only one-third of that of the rotary drum dryer, and the foundation occupied is only about 35% of that of the rotary drum dryer. The site investment cost is significantly reduced. This is a highlight in the design of the three-cylinder dryer!

Introduction to tumble dryer The rotary drum dryer produced by our company has the advantages of large drying capacity, smooth operation, low energy consumption, easy operation, and high output. The dryer is equipped with different types of lifting plates and anti-sticking measures according to the characteristics of the materials. When the materials enter the rotating cylinder and are being dried, the cylinder is equipped with a multi-angle lifting plate to spread the materials evenly and fully exchange heat with the high-temperature furnace gas. The drying effect is good, and the outside of the cylinder is equipped with a rapping device, which can effectively prevent materials from sticking to the wall.
How the tumble dryer works The heat source of the drum dryer comes from the combustion device and adopts the downstream heating method. Therefore, the materials that need to be dried slip into the cylinder from the feed box and are pushed backward by the spiral lifting plate. Since the dryer is placed at an angle, the material flows to the rear end under the action of gravity and rotation on the one hand; on the other hand, the material is repeatedly lifted up by the lifting plate, brought to the upper end, and then continuously spread down, so that the material forms a uniform curtain in the barrel and fully exchanges heat with the hot air flow in the barrel. As the material is repeatedly spread, the moisture contained in it is gradually dried, thereby achieving the purpose of drying.
